A Day That Shaped My Career Vision

 Introduction

A few weeks ago, something unforgettable happened at my school. We had the honour of welcoming Mr. Rahul Bagwe for an inspiring Career Bootcamp Session for students of Standards 9 and 10. His mission was simple yet impactful to guide us in discovering our true potential, explore future opportunities, and take clear steps towards achieving our dreams.

The Session

From the moment Mr. Bagwe began speaking, the atmosphere changed. It wasn’t a typical “lecture”;
it felt like a conversation that mattered. He shared practical tips, real-life stories, and a unique way of looking at careers not just as jobs, but as life paths that reflect our passions and skills.

A Personal Highlight

After the session, I had the chance to share my feedback on how impactful the workshop was for me. Mr. Bagwe recorded my words, and to my surprise, he later posted a reel of me on his Instagram. What touched me deeply was that in the caption, he wrote something very special about me , something he didn’t write for any of the other students who also shared their reviews.

This wasn’t just a kind gesture , it felt like recognition of my dedication, vision, and enthusiasm for my future. That moment made me believe more strongly in my capabilities.

What I Learned

The most important takeaway from this session was that career planning is not about waiting for the future , it’s about preparing for it now. The earlier we align our skills with our passions, The more confident and ready we will be when opportunities arise.

The Start of My Blogging Journey

This post is the very first step of what Mr. Bagwe encouraged us to do , start our own blogs to document our journeys. Through this blog, I will share:

  • My experiences from events like MUNs, competitions, and workshops.
  • Lessons I learn from mentors and real-life situations.

  • My thoughts on careers, skills, and self-growth.

Closing Thoughts

I’m grateful to Mr. Bagwe for his guidance and for making me realise that my story is worth sharing. This is just the beginning , I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
